WHAT IS VO!CE OF THE REGION?

VO!CE of the Region is our opt-in research community of thousands of Southwestern Pennsylvania residents who are invited to participate in research studies, and voice their opinions in groups or in one-on-one discussions. The community is sponsored by Campos, a leading market research and strategy firm based in Pittsburgh, PA.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MEMBER?

When you join our community, you become eligible to be contacted for participation in our research studies for our clients. What you have to say will influence the decisions that well-known brands and service providers make about a wide variety of things: a new product’s name, flavor, logo or packaging; or maybe new ad designs; product or service pricing; or new programs to offer. Participation in these studies may be over the phone, online, or in person as part of a focus group. Compensation varies per study, and participants receive a prepaid VISA gift card that can be used at any store or restaurant just like a credit card. WHAT ABOUT MY DATA?

At Campos, we take your privacy and security seriously. We will never share or sell any of your personal information and we will never solicit you for products or services. Your data security is our priority and we adhere to strict data safety protocol:

  • PHI/PII data is stored at a SOC2 audited datacenter offsite.
  • Strict control is maintained over movement of any data:
    • Access to data is restricted.
    • Portable devices, such as laptops, flash drives, and phones, are encrypted.
    • Sensitive data is transferred over secure means, such as an SSL-protected SFTP.
  • We carry cyber liability insurance.
  • Employees undergo recurring training in security awareness, including phishing and ransomware tactics.
  • New hires must pass a background check.

WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT TO PARTICIPATE?

If you decide you no longer want to be a member, you can unsubscribe from communications and/or delete your community membership and data by emailing us at CamposResearch@campos.com or calling us on 412-471-8484 ext. 510.
