Data Analytics Professional

Do you love losing yourself in data? Are you fascinated by finding the stories in all types of data sets? We work with data to uncover and visualize the journeys that our clients' customers travel; discover which personas/segments can be revealed; and understand what kind of value they represent to our clients' organizations. We work with CRM databases and transaction-level historical databases, among other data types, in healthcare, education, and a vast array of B2B and B2C industries.

We are looking for a data analyst with advanced Excel skills and experience with SPSS, R, or similar analysis tools to join our team of researchers. The analyst will also contribute to the analysis of survey data and audience segmentation work. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and perform well under pressing deadlines.


  • Experience in and knowledge of a broad array of statistical techniques to be applied to survey data, CRM and transactional data, and large-scale databases.
  • Familiarity with working with syndicated segmentation solutions like Mosaic or Simmons a plus.
  • Specific proficiencies include conducting segmentation with different techniques, such as cluster analysis and CHAID, factor analysis, and data visualization techniques, such as correspondence analysis.
  • Storytelling with data is a desired strength.
  • Experience in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data in order to enhance marketing and business decisions.
  • Experience with SPSS and/or R is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, XLStat.
  • We are open to a range of experience levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Research, Mathematics, Social Sciences (with a quantitative emphasis), or other related field is required.

Part-time Outbound Call Specialists

We are now hiring enthusiastic Outbound Call Specialists to join our Call Center team. If you have the ability to motivate, and if skillful persuasion is second nature to you, then this opportunity could be a perfect fit.

Our Outbound Call Center's hours of operation are Monday through Friday/3:30 – 9:00 pm, and Saturday/10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Specialists are expected to be available as follows:

  • Primary shift: Late afternoon/evening, and Saturdays during the day
  • Two weekend shifts required per month (Saturday)


  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Computer and typing skills (data entry)
  • Some proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and Word
  • Fluent in English
  • Prior experience in sales, education, customer service, collections, or similar work preferred


Our work environment is primarily indoors, with time spent walking our call center floor and sitting at a desk. Our specialists must have the ability to:

  • Stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn.
  • Use a phone.
  • Wear a headset.
  • Use a computer, keyboard, and mouse.

Part-time Client Service Assistants


The Client Service Assistant (CSA) represents Campos Inc as the primary point of contact for our clients, visitors, and research study participants who seek assistance and/or information during their visit to our downtown Pittsburgh market research facilities.

This part-time position requires strength in solving unexpected problems promptly. The CSA will interact with clients from many different industries and participants from varied backgrounds and walks of life. A good-natured personality, therefore, is a must for success as a Campos CSA.


  • Serve as the Campos host to guests conducting and participating in focus groups and interview sessions.
  • Project professionalism and a pleasant disposition - ALWAYS.
  • Prepare facility for session execution prior to guest arrival.
  • Receive guests as they arrive at the facility.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate areas.
  • Be readily available to cater to guest needs.
  • Perform tasks invariably related to internal facility functions.
  • Act as on-site liaison between guests and Campos staff project managers.
  • Complete necessary session-related paperwork.
  • Work closely with Campos staff project managers to provide clear, concise reports during and after client sessions.
  • Reset facility after session completion.

General availability for a start as early as 3:30 pm and an end of 11:30 pm preferred. Optional Hours: Hours can also be supplemented in our call center on days not scheduled for facility. Hours for the call center are M-Th 4:30 – 9:00 pm; Friday 3:00 – 7:00 pm; Saturday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
